Including ’brace yourself’ which he gifted to the band Exit through the gift shop when he acquired their name back in 2010, a fact I never knew. Every day a school day with Banksy.

I imagine the exhibitions abroad make it complex for his legal team to do anything, but maybe being in the UK? Especially if some pieces turn out to be fakes? But are promoted as genuine Banksy pieces.

I am pretty sure that after losing two legal battles in an absolutely catastrophic backfire since GDP he has absolutely zero claim over anything from copyright infringement/ intellectual property to a show like this. There isn't a legal move to be made. The rulings are clear, either identify yourself publicly or dont bother bringing any legal cases before the courts again.
Suspect the above is in part the reason why he has basically ceased to exist publicly for the best part of a year
