Looks like a nice image to me. Some colour would be good, but far better than the Whitechapel print (which didn’t even look like his style).

Just because it’s an “affordable” Party work doesn’t mean it’s worth buying.
The fact that it’s black and white shows how lazy production is. He could easier sell a larger quality colored print for 5-6k.

Clearly people are buying this as an investment, not for the quality of the work.

It's kinda cool he's using this technique rather than a straightforward silkscreen like 99% of artists, he's doing what he wants.

He’s definitely going through a woodcut phase. With the amount of recent shows I’m surprised he gets time to produce these. Probably the most productive artist around now Peter Blake has taken a job in a Bentley spray shop.

His edition release rate is extremely low even with the huge demand for his work. A handful of editions in sizes from 15 to 100 I think? Not exactly Peter Blake, banksy or Hirst for that matter 🤣🤣

I meant productive generally given the volume of work he produces for his many huge shows. His editions are relatively small compared to most artists. I’d say even Nick Smith produces more editions that Nicolas Party.
