David Shrigley is a very prolific artist so you have a lot of choice when it comes to buying prints.
There will probably be some for sale on the forum here and you could also buy direct from his online shop shrigshop.com
He works a lot with Jealous Gallery who have plenty of prints left (although the cheaper tiers will have sold by now). They will likely release a new prints soon so you could also keep an eye out for these going for sale

Phillips have had some crazy prices so I wouldn't get involved in those bidding wars, but regional UK auctioneers might be the place for a deal. Or Shrig Shop for primary as above - I'll add you can try Schafer Grafik directly for the linocuts.
