For those that have received their Empresses or at least had shipping notifications, could you tell us when you received your order confirmation email? The one titled “Your HENI - The Empresses order has been received!”

I’d be interested to know when your orders went in so I can get a feel of how far back in the queue I might be…

This isn’t purely due to impatient excitement, I’ve moved house since ordering and need to come up with a suitable plan in order to receive them.

Ordered mine on 04/02/22, and was recently told by a Mod on the Heni discord that delivery was random, but random is never random, there is always a logical thought process going on, so far I have only seen Nur Jahan and Theodora pics being posted online, may mean nothing though

Suiko is going to look great too. That was the first one I chose to purchase.

After seeing pics on social media from people who visited the gallery, I decide to also purchase Nur Jahan. Based on the recent pics I've seen from owners on here and on social media, I'm very pleased that I did.

In the spirit of sharing with the class, I just received and unboxed the work. It's pretty massive. The box hardly fit into an Uber XL, so not sure where I'm gonna store it. Upon opening it, it's really spectacular. The printed wings are mirror-like high gloss. The glitter is unfortunately not sealed, so I was concerned about handling it and who knows how it will hold up over time.

I totally understand both responses people have expressed, it's A LOT and I feel like I'm going to have to live with it for a while before knowing for sure if I love it or hate it. I also understand why people recommended framing these to feel more substantial, since the piece itself is quite thin. But for the time being, I have mine hanging (unframed) in the spot I envisioned when I bought it.

I must say, I’m surprised how the price on these has dipped. I’ll probably try to pick up at least one more deed before prices begin to rise. I have a feeling that however many I get in the next month or two I’ll regret not having bought more at some point.

I’m going to pick another one up too. Madness they’re going for so low when they’re nicer than some of the butterfly works going for £15k plus. Will have two and keep one and sell the other after the gradual long term appreciation

I’m not buying anything I wouldn’t put on my wall (no Tatyu Betul for me!) but I’m having a hard time believing they’ll be going for anything like $3000 in a year or two. Downside is a classic Hirst image for a reasonable price and upside seems considerable. We’ll see.

I took some, but they don't do these justice at all, as others have said. If it's possible to see them in person, I highly recommend doing that. They really are stunning.

It depends. Shipping, customs and gas fees will eat away on the margins. You can probably make a few pounds if you are willing to spend a lot of hours.

Another generous £400 for any gas fees / other costs.

All in cost around £3k and selling for £4.5k ish after deduction of 10% for eBay.

Just received my Suiko. $44 VAT to the US. I’m blown away by it. I absolutely love it. I own a Virtues Politeness and imho these are so much more striking than the Virtues series. These are grossly undervalued. It’s huge, and it looks amazing. I’m not saying this for any underlying reason, I could give a shit if it’s worth $2500 or $10k. The glitter is the icing on the cake. I was expecting a mediocre piece based on some of your reactions, but this piece is amazing. As stated by others, the photos absolutely don’t do it justice. Very happy; may grab one more of the series, but hesitant because I don’t have the wall space.

These are my sentiments also. I really like The Virtues, but these are just stunning in person.

I was concerned about how the glitter would look, but the glitter takes these to another level. Your photos are better than the ones I took, and they still don't do this piece justice. It's really a great piece. Congrats!
