I'm green as fu*k here (despite buying prints and loving art since i was a kid), but there is a solid and hard weathered community here - you just have to learn to ignore the agro/shite/drivel, think for yourself and lock on to the genuine art chat and appreciation...
The paradoxical anti-flipping, while trumpeting about making money through flipping is part and parcel of the game (for better or worse). Again, make what you will of it!

As I've stated, I've absolutely no interest in the NFT side of things. Its complete and utter bollocks. The sooner it all collapses the better. And if any NFT fans read this, disagree and want to try and justify it all saying "arts changed" and "I can look at my art on my phone anywhere" please don't bother. Its laughable, along with the perceived ownership of a tiny jpeg accessible to anyone for free.
Its all about the physical. Having it on on walls, decorating your home for years. Walking by, glancing at it daily. Appreciating it. And if you're ever interested in selling in x amount of years down the line it will be worth more than you paid for it at source. That's a safe bet.
The only explanation for the up and down trading NFTs of this series, even though they are basically Heni gift cards you can buy a specific Hirst print with, is that some people are fucking idiots, and are there to be taken advantage of.

Welcome to the forum. A good choice of thread for your first post and a nice pick up in my opinion. Bought a physical Empress and have been toying with the idea of buying another via NFT and redeeming very quickly. Convinced I will be unlucky and scammed though.
Hi all, first post, though I've been lurking a little while. Just bought Wu Zetian NFT - super happy cos I was gutted to miss the initial drop (thought it closed at midnight ๐). Pretty new to NFT stuff, only learned about it all to make this purchase. Does anybody know how Heni will confirm ownership to release the physical print? Welcome to the forum. What I was implying is that it is a minefield for a complete NFT novice like me and so I have learning costs and a lack of confidence as it would be my first crypto transaction. Just be very careful not to click on links sent to you via email or text. I would also avoid keeping anything on opensea for very long. It's being directly targeted and will continue to be as long as there is money to be made.

You should be able to check your ownership via this link empresses.nft.heni.com/connect and then connecting to your Metamask wallet.
Once connected there should be an option view the NFT as well redeeming the physical. Thatโs what I done with The Currency, so expect itโs the same.

This is the danger of having them priced in USD I feel. Shocks in the ETH price can cause a lot of volatility.
