There might be some special considerations on this one, given the AR (although that doesn't seem to turn that many people on at the moment, myself included), the small edition and that maybe it wasn't fully released, but I'd be surprised if you got anything near a grand.
The problem with El Pez's work (in terms of price appreciation / investment) is that 80-90% of prints look very similar and for most people, one of those would be enough. And, because the investment angle is reduced, it puts off those buyers looking for a store of wealth/investment.
That's how I see it anyway. Perhaps others disagree, but from that I've seen over the last 20 months, there hasn't really been much appreciation ion his prices, if any, whereas plenty of other artists and their works have seen gains of 50%-150% in that period.

More generally, yes, useful to highlight the paid price and costs and very limited release of this piece. Hopefully (for you) you find an avid El Pez collector who values it at a similar level.
(Bit crappy of them to charge separately for a COA btw!)
