Ebay 220130690832. Its the Royksopp album. What do you think its worth, and would you consider it a true Banksy piece of art or not. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Sold for £450 last time one was up, and that was a long while ago pre price rockets.

Its hand stencilled and with the mail out sheet - so will go for a lot.

IMO I think its a fair price when you consider the prices of other things like prints. At the end of the day it was done by Mr B and the closest most people could ever get to an 'original'. I would have happily paid that if I'd seen the auction was running

I'm wondering if anybody knows about this record (Banksy designed promo record for Royksopp) ? Is it still valuable if there is no Pest Control certificate as I gather they don't issue them if it's not a print or a painting. I saw one on eBay just now that's been relisted but how can one tell if it's original ?

Picked up by Wall of Sound Records from Tellé Records Norway, Banksy was of course WOS in house designer for a while. This was distributed by Timebomb media out of Bristol and by Mikal Tellé in Bergen. Handcut and sprayed by the man himself. Banksy of course famously decorated the club for a "Good Vibes" night back in November 2000. Dj's vinyl and covers genrally get battered, so not more than a handful out there. Check it has the a4 track listing with it. Nice little piece of history and the closest you can get to an original without shelling out ten's of thousands.
