Hey everyone,
I have a couple interesting pieces for sale. They're silkscreens by NYC-based street artist, Whisbe. Whisbe created these pieces in 2014 and intended to make a small edition out of them. For whatever reason, they never went to production and so these APs are the only versions of these prints. I acquired them from an art dealer in NYC who is friends with Whisbe and have provenance in the form of a conversation I had with the artist confirming the backstory and authenticity of these pieces. Not going to post that in the thread, but will gladly share screenshots privately if anyone is interested.
I'm located in the US(outside NYC) and would prefer to meet in person, but am open to shipping domestically and maybe overseas. They're great pieces and I've enjoyed having them on my wall, but I'm now looking to fund a new purchase. Photos below. Being that these are a one of a kind and there's no way I'd be able to replace them, looking to get in the area of $2500 $2000/each. Happy to discuss pricing as well as shipping/PayPal fees. Photos below. Send a PM if interested or if you have any more questions. Including frame, they measures 29 inches by 22 inches.
Please note that they are currently on display at my local framer. I've given him business for years and we've become good friends, and he was excited about the idea of displaying them in his shop.
