Why the hate everybody? They aren't making you buy this.

These prints just sat there available to anyone and everyone. Don't know why you guys need to attack arttrooper. I was notified about the prints from the 1xrun e-mail but didn't buy.

At the same time arttrooper's reactions could have been handled better. It just inflamed the situation.

But back to art, the print image is ok, not great, they could have used something else. And this is a sale thread so everyone is free (I hope), to conduct business in accordance with the guidelines.

Good on them for seeing an opportunity and making some cash. So should everybody else.

Pureminimal on eBay sold one for CAD 1200. If artrooper/pureminimal are one and the same, then continue shopping it on there and don't bother with this forum. You won't get the prices you're after, and you won't go to bed seething after reading everyone else's comments.

We should be making this a positive community experience not one that gets salty just because one individual got lucky. Plus the print edition didn't sell out. 1xrun have it as archived as opposed to sold out.

My only advice is to use this as a lesson learnt, in every way this is the wrong piece to flip and your never gonna shift em at those prices.

That's what I thought. Follow them and really like their stuff, but not paying that for a giclee. Maybe if it had some handfinishing or hand-embellish gold leaf. 

Definitely cool print though.

I might be wrong but I think all their releases so far have been giclee. Maybe to do with amount of colours etc? Tho last one was Giclee plus hand finished element.

Perseus was giclee with handfinished gold leaf.
Edition of 40 for $718 (after 495 pound exchange).

Bacco also a giclee, edition of 18.

Don't think it's likely we'd see a screenprint from them.

Does anyone know the code for access to unlock the prints on Goldman's site?  It asks for your email plus the code which can "be found on the wall mural"  Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

It's those freekin' bubble gum pinks that I can't get over. Obviously they really kicked up the reds and the pinks when they registered the colors for the Giclee because they appear much more muted on the picture of the Bowery Wall on the Goldman featured collection page. This is one of the issues with Giclees IMO you can play with the colors too much. Maybe this looks really good to some people and I think it will probably look really cool with black matting in a black frame but I'm still on the fence. This is one of those time where I wish I could see the art in real life.

Im hoping the quality is up there with Mr Jago's Giclee's, they really pop and definitely do the original canvases proud.

Have'nt seen anyone put anything up on these so thought id share mine. 

Arrived yesterday and proper happy with it, an edition of 100 printed at the Idem Studio in Paris on there Marconi press on BFK Rives 270g & hand cut.

Thinking old skool ornate gilded gold frame? Thoughts?
