It's staggering and unrelenting. I can't quite fathom the huge leaps in price. I went to one of Sotheby Banksy previous around this time last year, none of the prints (15+ years old) were in great nick yet folk are now spending 100s or 1000s on blind bids. I just don't get it.
I can lament on the fact I once held around 20 prints, but house deposits, weddings and divorces were all paid for Banksy, but now we're in US medical bill territory which is insane.
All I can say is my pension pot is now looking incredibly healthy.
A few comments...
