Just wanted to show off my new piece by Mr Jago, called So Much. It is fucking mad in the flesh. I really like the new direction Mr Jago's work is going in. This one will be off for the Mr Frameman treatment shortly, when my bank balance has recovered from it's recent spending spree.

abstract is the way to go for the jago, i have no doubt. i think he could make some serious money for himself if he develops that kind of style. i love that piece pezlow.

Yeah really pleased to have got it. I hit the buy button on art-el and then had an anxious wait to make certain it wasn't oversold. Luckily it was mine. Mike at art-el is an absolute pleasure to deal with as well.

I guess it is an abstract with figurative elements. Even the misses likes it as well (always a bonus!)

I think there are big things ahead for Mr Jago, he has immense talent. Look out for a piece about him in the next issue of Modart magazine apparently.

I've read loads of praise for Mr Jago on here, but I'm sad to say I don't really get his work, it just hasn't clicked for me at all. Maybe it will at some point or perhaps I need to see some in the flesh.

Mr Jago's work has never done anything for me - all those squiggly lines just hurt my eyes, but that looks absolutely fantastic!!

It looks like a person exploding (head top right just next to the orange splatter). Very different to the stuff Mr J has had up to now though... how big is it pezlow? Congrats on that btw - compared with my expectations when I first opened the thread with Mr Jago in the title I'm really very pleasantly surprised!

Nice piece Pezlow, I must say Mr Jago's work has come on leaps and bounds over the last year or so. I can remeber commissioning him many moons ago for a skate show in Brighton and wasn't that impressed. But I must admit the abstract technique, colours and execution of this piece is really striking and a lot better than his more graphic style. Very jealous and I bet it's gonna look great once framed.

Yeah, never been a fan of Mr Jago's work either but there's something about that piece that really clicks with me.... Very nice indeed.

I think it could be a person or a robot or a gorilla exploding or just moving very fast in a blur. You can look at it a number of ways I guess. It's about 60 x 40cm seid.

is it just me that everytime i see a mr jago piece i'm always looking for a figurative element, then i find it, then i loose it again and find another one??

I bought this from another forum member a couple of months ago for £70 which is how much I'm going to let it go for + P&P of £5 (Special Delivery).

Some very slight creases but overall though, an amazing piece.

It is a bargain, yep, even with the slight creases. But I'm not looking to make a profit and as seen as the misses isn't too keen on it it's never going to grace my walls so it's gotta go.
