I ordered 3 for my older kids as an investment and then 1 for me later - 4 total.
I was advised 2 parcels were on their way.
1 poster arrived with a part creased poster. The other parcel was cancelled.
I advised Hoxton who then sent another parcel, which arrived with just 2 posters in.
Again i advised Hoxton i was still 1 short and they asked me to tell them the poster numbers i had received.
I also advised this whole purchase was unacceptable, the posters were very poor quality and for ยฃ120 each, a disgrace. I suggested keeping 1 and cancelleng the rest, returning for a refund.
They blamed the provider for the mess of the order issues, albeit they were overwhelmed with the workload.
Finally they called me and sent 1 more poster. This arrived much quicker and offered a very fair refund and to keep them all. This took a week to process refund and another week to reach me.
I have had a a lucky escape on this purchase, many have not. I will never want to buy from them again, directly or indirectly

he seems to have a huge market - if the purpose here was to raise money for a charity, why not knock out a signed edition of a simple sceenprint - edition of 250 - ยฃ250 a pop
would this not raise more money as the gallery could charge more and also the end customer would be happy - from what I have read, it seems like most people arent pleased with said poster

It looks like it was printed from some dudes Canon Printer in their bedroom. The paper is super cheap, the printing is not sharp and clear, and I've seen better quality Posters (not a Print) from Target!! This thing is straight Trash!!! Took almost a month to receive it and had a crease at the bottom. I didn't even bother contacting them for a replacement or a refund, I just want to be done with this piece of crap poster, and even calling it a poster is an insult to posters, at least money supposedly went to charity and was for a good cause...at least that's what I keep telling myself, but for all I know they kept all the money and are laughing at everybody that paid for this P.O.S.!!!
