About 2 weeks then an incorrect parcelforce 20% charge even though he put 5% import fee code on. Morons. Border force sent me Β£100 back yesterday.

Border force sent me Β£100 back yesterday. Thanks for the reminder about VAT. I will have to check mine carefully. Do you know offhand what the correct 5% import fee code is?
just claim it back from the BOR form on parcelforce site. You just fill that in with receipts
have to pay the pf fee as well / vat before you can do this though
