I ordered a faile mermaid from pow a few weeks ago and they sent me an email saying they had to be reprinted and would be shipped within the month. Maybe this is the same case with the Walkers

POW are more likely to have a couple held back, whether for special customers, company directors or whoever, it may even be worth going in and having a word with someone there. Otherwise I can't think why someone would sell for a price they know is well below the going rate, but they do seem to be available with BIN for below your estimate for the time being. Good luck.
