Backwards or not I can clearly see the difference. Either laz has mistakenly used the wrong image of the back or… I don’t know. The 2 photos don’t match. maybe the issue is your XXL ones were Fasson backed, but the A3 XL were Avery. I’ve never heard of 2 large sticker sizes, but would love to see photos and comparisons. In regards to The laz sticker, the front image looks like a stock image and the back obvs a photo, I think you could be correct in suggesting they don’t match. However, I don’t think that is evidence to question authenticity of Hoops. I would suggest it’s poor marketing in Laz’s site.

So as far as I know :
They only stocked 2 versions of stickers
Small and Large.
It was Laz who referred to them as XXL so I used that phrase
It was 20 years ago and they were cheap stickers.
They gave away the small stickers .. and then started selling them in packs for £5 I think ..I cant really remember the price.
The Large were £10 or £15 - once again im not sure of the retail price as I paid £4.25 + VAT for them
They really didnt care too much about what they printed them on etc etc as they were cheap stickers
Listen I have just proved that the larger stickers did indeed have a Fasson Backing so just accept that you have learnt something today.
Trust me untill about 2 years ago I would have sworn that these were the only XL or XXL sticker designs ever released ... Untill I saw LAZ roll out about 4 or 5 other designs that I had never come across.
Back in the day I tried to get every sticker that they had issued ... and for many years I thought I had done that

Hard to know whether the image can be trusted 100% (images on websites don’t always match the actual product), but at least looks like these ones for sale on POW looked like Hoops’.

And please be aware that the text is different on the XXL KEEP LEFT sticker.
So Happy Shopper maybe all of the stickers that you dismissed as fake were actually the XXL stickers and that the text was correct.
HANDS UP ... I never realised the text differed between the sizes until this conversation
Anyway So now that we have established beyond all doubt that POW did indeed sell XXL Fasson backed Stickers would anyone like to buy the other 2 that I have 
I am open to offers but will be away from tonight for about 2 months
