These were committing fraud no? They were still taking funds/art knowing they were going belly up 

Did you report this to the police. Seems to me they were stealing client funds if they knew they were going bankrupt.

The F.B.I have an art fraud department. No harm to send the an email as they stole your funds.

They had no intention of sending the art to you so they stole your funds by deception

I have a case going on myself so I know how you feel. Then last year another scammer set up an online auction house and stole my deposit (only 1,000 I was lucky that's all I lost)

If they took your payment after they declared bankruptcy then it's fraud.

So here’s the thing. basically they have been withholding payment from me for sales in December and early January. I sold some prints through them and they owe me about $3k.
I’m named as one of the creditors in their chapter 11 filing and the original hearing was this week. But being in Greece and without access to legal advice in the states I’m more or less clueless of what to do-I did contact the chambers of the judge for the case asking to be invited tot he creditors meeting but radio silence there as well.

Any ideas guys?

The chances of being paid look zero and paying for a legal team would be throwing good money after bad.

On another note. 

You should make a detailed statement to the F.B.I art fraud department (this can be done by email) and get anyone else in your position to do the same. This company committed fraud. They knew the company was in trouble a long time before they took your consignments.

The company need to be investigated by the police. You need to first report this to your local police station before the Americans. (they will tell you to do this) 

I'm 100% sure if this company is investigated there will be fraud charges taken against whoever had control of the funds.  The innocent staff will for sure tell the police what they know.
