Hi,

I’m looking to sell my Harland Miller - In Shadows I Boogie book and print set. 

I have the matching book and print in blue and pink.

Im not looking to split the set and want to sell together.

Asking £7k for the pair - ideally looking for a face to face deal so buyer can inspect before handing over the money.

Im based in the South East England and happy to travel to meet up for the deal.

happy to answer any question or send additional pictures

These seem like a bargain even once you add buyers premium plus shipping to the UK, I wonder what they will achieve when the hammer falls on these?

My reference was the recent forum auction results and galleries in the UK having these up for £4K each

Yes why not, If this is seen as an excess amount for these I would be interested to hear what people think they should be advertised for.

Cost plus 50%. Assuming you bought Tier 1. Profit is profit.
And stop comparing with galleries. You don't have the same overheads as they do.

Hi, I hear what you are saying about the gallery prices so let’s ignore Hangup’s price. What about the Forum auction hammer price, these are priced lower than the hammer price, is this unreasonable?

Fair enough. Auctions mean that only one party was prepared to pay that much, and then there was underbidder. Getting hammer price might not be liquid.

You can try your luck here and see if the right buyer approaches you for a sale.

But if you are still sitting on it in six months, probably give that asking price a readjustment.

Remember, profit is profit.

Let’s see what happens and watch this space, maybe taking them to auction is the way forward, especially as we are leading up to Christmas. 

I agree profit is profit but there isn’t as much in this for me as you are probably thinking.
