They have the exact same paint imperfections. Is the eBay account connected to the museum (eBay ID ‘spookys4’ and selling a ouija board item direct from the museum)?
Same guy from the Nottingham museum.

First initial sales do not set the market Nominal price , sustained multiple trades / sales at that level or above over the course of the year will show that is the agreed market rate Anyone can set a blind auction , shill bid , fake eBay sale to set a market rate even get Tate ward on board when an item first comes to the market with no previous sales to reference
For example the fake sales of banksy prints Sold in great volume At Tate ward were behind the driving force in increasing the market price . Private sales were using Tate wards completed sales as a reference to sell their items
Guys were paying 7k when boxsets first came out , at dismaland the James cauty Riot shields were selling at 5k now £500-1000 ,the initial first Round of buyers always get caught up in the hype

Of course I understand your angle & I know that you are speaking from hours & hours spent on this forum studying market prices. I cannot be 100% sure but are you comparing a boxset that many more were produced of & perhaps not even of a specific run size to a limited edition run of 80 boards? I feel it would be almost impossible to get an idea of market value on something that will most likely never hit the auctions & certainly not many of them in a year to be able to determine an accurate average. I am by no means saying that these are worth X amount but I know of a few private sales 5 figures & beyond & others have also mentioned people losing out on blind bids when placing X amount bids. The market is really crazy at the moment we all know that & if you feel that the market for other unlimited items is closing in on 5 figures then why wouldn’t other items be able to hit the same sale prices even without a COA?

Can apply the reasoning to any art release . Initial demand would be intense and financially rewarding for the first round of sellers then prices will wane and settle as the hype around a release will drop.
The mason storm latest release , the first round of sellers were getting 2k The point expressing is that buyers get caught up in the moment
If anything the original boards should be more desirable as banksy had hands on ? The latest round are a licensed product made many years after , a bit like Keith Harings estate producing prints now?
Of course first round of sales will be high , some people have finances with no limits , people confuse with a banksy direct product , multiple scenarios All I am suggesting is you can not assume or set a price value until multiple sales occur and completed , have the same debate in 2022
