I think there’s a few out there. I have one which I bought on eBay at the time and it’s been sitting in my folder ever since - everything checked out and given there wasn’t the market back then to reproduce Banksy (especially posters) I’m happy knowing mine is genuine. Although if I ever came to sell it no idea how I’d prove it!

There’s definitely more than 30 out there though sure there was one here for sale not that long ago.

That’s the age old dilemma for Banksy ephemera, if you have the purchase receipts from when you bought that would help as you say I doubt anyone was faking these until the last few years.

I’d be surprised if anyone has much provenance for these given what they are. Might have to do some digging through my emails.........Edited - Had a dig and found the original emails from Ebay showing the bids / outbid notices and final invoice, dates all tally up (cost about £80 in 2010 for anyone interetsed). Printed them off so happy now.

I saw an folded one that someone took to a restorer and had professionally flattened - it looks pretty perfect.

I think you'll have a hard time discerning between a flattened one and one that was originally unfolded...

Some unfolded ones were given away at a Stolen Space show,to the first people in the queue ,i'm not sure how many ,though.

No "Exit Through..." artwork on the back as far as I know.

This folded poster didn't come in a magazine. 'Don't Panic' was a flyer pack, a medium sized brown envelope with graphics on it containing flyers and promotional items. If I remember correctly they came out every month or possibly quarter.

I'm surprised they've been largely ignored for so long. It's such a good image, and great size. Given what people pay for other unlimited Banksy bits, it was odd that you could get these for under 30 quid for ages. Even at a couple of hundred I reckon they're a reasonably sensible buy.
