Due to some personal issues i need to move some of my recent purchases. First is my copy of Michael Kagan's Concorde released late last year. Still in original packaging. Please dont spam this with messages about resale clauses, etc. I am aware, but need the cash, so is what it is. There haven't been any comparable sales out there, so not sure what this is worth on the market today. Please DM me your best offer and will be happy to supply pics.
Edition size: 100
Dimensions Unframed: 28.7in x 37.0in
Medium: A 12 colour, hand pulled silkscreen with a satin texture varnish, on Somerset Rad White Tub size 410gsm.
Located in USA and prefer to ship only to USA/Canada.

Talked to a few consignment shops and auctions houses and they're looking at a price of around $8k USD based upon other sales not including buyer premiums. Obviously there would be fees on my end, so would be willing to let go for $7k to save everyone some cash.

They should mark them as "ART" .
Then you usually pay the low VAT rate. Or at least you have a fair chance at a refund.

No communication until an email late February asking us to sign a no resale agreement, stating these would be dispatched in mid March. It's now almost mid April, and nothing has been communicated further to buyers.
For an edition that took in around $150k in sales, you would think they would dedicate at least 20 minutes of one employee's time to keeping customers in the loop.

Are past releases fetching that a high a number anyways? It's wild to me that just a few years ago his prices were like $300 now it's over 10x that.
Might as well take a last shot before recessions hit us all around the world.
