Fair enough darjeeling - different strokes and all that. I can't agree with your suggestion that the work isn't well thought out though. I think that the composition and execution are excellent. The dreamlike rendering of popular images- be they superheroes or NYC kids provides them with a temporary and strangely fragile feel- I think that's what I love most.

I think this is the trouble with artists who hit big overnight. He seems to have alot of older works around unsold and yet his new work 'the superheros' is good but the prices reflect this. The old work doesnt interest me at all. I think he needs to slow down production and concentrate on quality not quanity. IMO
