i think they should have released the prints seperately. i was on this list and never heard anything after being promised. i have to say that i think this is by far the best Lister print i have seen and i'd have loved to get a set, but i wouldnt really want to frame and have 2 on wall. one is enough imo.

I guess in the end its up to the artist and i this case, it looks like Anthony wanted them released as a pair as they complement each other and add even more to the over all print, they make it that little bit special i guess.

I will post pics when i get mine, lets hope its still coming and they didnt over sell.

For my fello disappointed forumites , here's what the good people at stupid krap (love it) had to say and it seems very reasonable to me tbph.

"just wanted to let you know that our sales process
was specifically designed to avoid the 'flippers' getting
multiple copies of the prints for resale.

i invited individuals and committed collectors who had
been on the waiting list for up to 5 months to purchase
single sets. i would be surprised to see any copies of
this print set on ebay or for resale in the near future."

To any of you who did get this very good value for money and attractive piece of art... I hope you choke on it you bastards! I meant to say Enjoy it!!!! ;D

Didn't know he was painting these so large. Gives me a new respect for the work. Wonder what colors and textures are present when viewing the original in person that doesn't translate to print or online jpg photo.

I'm looking for Anthony Lister pieces (originals or prints) at a reasonable price. I know about the originals at Elms Lesters but 4.5k is well beyond me. Any help appreciated

I know that they had a couple of large originals at the show at Lab 101 Gallery in Culver City that opened this past Saturday. Can't find the price list just now so I'm not sure how much they were.

there is a set of etchings from an australian website, he has links on his website. i enquired in the past and felt they were a bit expensive (for me) but it may worth contacting.

Hi, spoke with the Lab 101 Gallery last week and they sold out Listers work even before the preview.....I think they had three pieces.

His work is pretty special IMO

They had 2 spiderwoman and not very nice for his standart as well as in comparaison of the pieces from his latest rocking show.

Lister's work is fantastic- one of my favourites. Anyway, I'll have a hunt around and post some links to sites where you can buy his prints/ originals when I get them.
