because unfortunately these prints are so delicate that quite a few arrived damaged in transit (as evidenced with the blue on this thread). It's a long way to ship something that has a high possibility of being damaged.

Yeah. When the main purpose of an artwork is to present a vast, uniform, pristine and delicate layer of matte ink, many ways for things to go wrong.

Rolling that piece into a tube is a good start.

Saw the red one as well, I think it's a steep price $575. Almost 50% on top of the original sale price as far as I know.

Hopefully there will be another print coming soon, so I save the $575 for the next edition.

On Paddle 8 a canvas sold for $1000 a couple of weeks ago,
but from his earlier period.

The red one on Ebay is beyond well priced IMO...surprised it's still there!

To my knowledge he doesn't have any plans to do another edition (anytime soon anyways).
