Love his work, and glad to see him doing a few prints as his OG's are pricey!

According to Louis Buhl & Co's IG feed...Releasing Thursday Jan 31st, at noon EST.

Looks to be these four:

1 colour hand pulled serigraphs on Coventry Rag 335gsm. Deckled, numbered and signed by the artist.⠀⠀

The first one was sold out before pre release! That’s the best image too. The big ones are HUGE (see what I did there)

Would have gone for the Black or red. But by the time I received the link only the light blue was left. Hope I can get one on release

Quality all round. I think a natural wood box frame similiar to his originals is the way to go. Good on Louis Buhl to snap him up for his first print release.

Feels like I've seen them before. Maybe in Carmen Herrera and Ellsworth Kelly or some random Instagram artists. I think I prefer Paul Kremer's sense of humor. These just seem plain and purposeless. And given the size and price, framing cost becomes an issue.

Absolutely love Carmen Herrera, good to see Black and red do so well at Phillips the other day. I like the scale and movement from his early works in these. Magnificent IMO.

You could pick one of those up for a few hundred dollars a couple of years ago. Crazy price trajectory but reflective of how much she’s (deservedly) blown up since the doc came out. The name drop in the title of the Met’s Pollock to Herrera exhibition couldn’t have hurt either. 

Anyway, back to the Abrahams. He’s one of my favourite emerging abstract painters, and I love his originals but think the sheen / texture are are an important part of his aesthetic and these to me don’t capture it. Still like them tho, still gna go for them!
