If someone bought a Girl With Balloon for less than £200 and it's market is now £85k, that's a paper profit of nearly £85k.
To buy a Wayne T at current market of $85k, that price would need to increase to a sale of $185k to make it a similarly attractive investment.
Even if the Banksy piece dropped back to £50k The WT would need to realise around $150k.
And I thought the gist many of the posts was that Girl With Balloon was overvalued as a print at $100k.
My head hurts.
