My guess is 215k GBP or so will likely find one but who knows. If someone (and a second person) was willing to pay 240k GBP I dont see a good reason for a seller to come down that much more

That doesn't really give context or clarity to the price being 40kish below market value.
Only reason I'm saying is buyers might think this the new level for a signed GWB rather than an anomaly.

I hardly think it brings confusion and his market is well beyond us simple folk on here. Why do you care so much? Do you own a signed GWB and you want to sell it for more? If you want to buy it, great, lucky you, if not, let the seller sell however he/she wants

Sorry I’m not understanding what the problem is? Someone is offering a signed GWB for a decent price but are you saying it should be pumped up so it meets your price expectations. No pleasing some people. GLWS to the OP

 Actually it does bring confusion, owners of GWBs are wondering what happened to the price and it implies it's the current value of a regular main signed ed150 GWB which it isnt. Buyers will be thinking all signed GWB are £185k, they're not.
You'd may be surprised by how many Banksy collectors are on the forum or glance at it.
No great drama, it's a signed ed600, unsigned is 600, signed is 150, likely misnumbered at the time. It's an anomaly hence the opportunity to buy it for reduced price to the regular.
Part of the B story, misnumbering, double numbers etc.
It wont appeal to some but it is a good buy for those that understand the market and are fairly common with B.
Easier just to explain that at the offset I would have thought or leave out the price and explain to interested parties.
It's a bit misleading.

Someone puts a Banksy up for to cheap = Get told by the Banksy police they need to change the price. Because there the seller not the seller but can tell the seller what to do

Everyone on here is an expert in everything and no-one is ever wrong.
We even have experts on the authenticity of art created by now deceased artists with no foundations or authentication bodies.

He's stated below that this has been numbered wrong and is a signed edition of 600, not 150

 That's it. Nothing wrong with the piece at all but needs that information in the for sale thread for potential buyers and not to create expectations for all GWBs.
