In my opinion I would 100% pay extra for perfect. Whilst in more long established artists, Warhol, Picasso, Miro etc small issues are not viewed as a problem, with Banksy, today, visual impairments are very much a no go. It will undoubtedly change in time but as another poster pointed out it will drive you mad, so unless you can get an even better deal buy the best quality one you can!! Great decision to buy at this time, well done, I am very sure you will do financially very well in the mid/long term!!

To be quite honest, if the provenance is not sketchy, and they are asking fair market value, what does it matter?

That's a forgery. A horrible signature, but a quite nice blind stamp. But the spacing of the words vs the circle is way off.
