Faile are art the moment in the town where I live !
They  are painting frexo in the railways station and in the Museum of modern art ! 
I will try to catch them tomorrow as I dont know where they are sleeping ( anayway, I am of course a fan bnt I wont harass them as I have done by the past with rockbands ) ...

Yes, it is for the " commeoration "  20 years of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Strasbourg, they asked Faile to Come ( first one event in France dedicated to them ) , to paint on the Musuem, and the big railway station, they will paint also a tramway !
I don't know if it s the town paying ( I think so ) or/and the culture too...
I will try to catch them tomorrow !

Just saying, dont' take it as an offense - its not you - but this forum ( if yo uhave a global view ) is just talking now about selling or buying, money what, and I think taht we have 3 trheads a month about art events etc...

For FAILE, the solicitation of the MAMCS for its 20th anniversary is the first French invitation of this magnitude. The group then imagines a series of new compositions that take its sources in their encounter with the city. In December 2017, Miller and McNeil discover Strasbourg for the first time and watch with attention and fascination the heritage, history and legends that forge the identity of a city that is completely unknown to them. Back in Brooklyn, they take back the images and memories that marked their stay to write a poem that serves as a frame for their project. Entitled From The Air We Share, this poem, dominated by metaphor and symbol, is the frame of an epic narrative in which figures related to the history and culture of Strasbourg, from Marie Antoinette to Hans Arp, from the presence of the Rhine to that of the devil who haunts the cathedral. In addition to his work at the MAMCS, the FAILE collective is still working twice in Strasbourg as part of Happy 20. Indeed, in partnership with Gares & Connexions, from May to October 2018, the canopy of the Strasbourg station will be dressed a fresco made by the collective. In addition, the CTS, also a partner of the event, asked FAILE for a tram that will be in circulation throughout the MAMCS anniversary season, from May 2018 to May 2019. Il est composé de Patrick McNeil et de Patrick Miller. Amis d’enfance, Miller et McNeil conçoivent ensemble sous le nom de FAILE, sérigraphies et collages. Le nom du collectif vient en fait de leur première œuvre en duo intitulée A life, dont FAILE est l’anagramme. Ce sont leurs interventions monumentales dans l’espace public qui contribuent à leur reconnaissance : la Tate Modern à Londres en 2008, la Place des Restauradores à Lisbonne en 2010, le New York City Ballet en 2013 ou encore Times Square à New York en 2015. Faile are already in NYC tonight.
They took the plane this morning.
The show was exceptional as it was a project that they had in mind 18 years ago. Kind of long poem ..
They won’t be in LA soon, maybe in few weeks.
I understood all about , thirst artists are very singular and awesome , and I love them !

Listen : I know all the details, as a movie, Citizen Jane ‘s achievement !
I love Faile. I did not know about that. And I was wrong , I admit it, about Faile, thinking that they were only make prints. Apologizes and redemption... Art maybe must to be found and understood.
The inside artworks ( on woods or canvas ) are in the museum and maybe this museum will buy them.
If you want to come, Museum and the station will keep all what you are seeing , one year.
If I am not dead I will be there too
