The frames perfect. Out of curiousity is it hand made with ornate corners added, i ask as the mounts symmetrical and standard swepts 20x30, 24x36 wouldnt be. Looks great.

Thats a loose comment, many artists are careful who they deal with, personal morality and passion driven, cant speak for RYCA due to lack of knowledge

Restoration advice needed.

I’ve got a signed and numbered CWSB that was rejected
from the final print run.   It never received a blind stamp.

This print was gifted to me by POW with some other Banksy prints I bought in 2005.

I’d like to get advice on how to restore the grey background so it looks mint.  Any ideas on the best approach?

sorry, but that's not damage. It's where the paint/ink hasn't mixed well enough with the printing medium. It really doesn't matter and you're very lucky to own such a great print. It is part of the prints life so I'd suggest learn to love and accept it. They're works of art and all screen prints on close examination have something unique about them.
