I've no idea if that means they over estimate, under market to customers, monday is a bad day, it's too sunny outside...or it's just one of those days.

Just look at all their other lots, tells a story
If your buying one of these always ask for extra pictures, as a good few places use stock images.
Then the one you get is not the same. By the looks of their other lots I would stay away from these.
