Hard to say. The last one that came to auction didn’t reach its reserve of £15k at Bonhams. That might give you something to work from.

The last one at auction was the POW version in Japan in July and sold for 31,000 USD (£25,000) an LA version was passed at Bonhams in March with a £15k reserve (with fees and ARR around £20k) There have been 3 private sales Im aware of at between £18-22k in last 3 months. I'd say £20k is about the right retail value right now give or take, so if you're selling maybe expect around £18k.

I have requested COA, but have not received it yet. I purchased this print from the original buyer in 2008 and at the time verified with POW that the person in question was in fact the original buyer. Happy to discuss the provenance in more detail if needed.


I recently agreed a sale for this but the buyer did not show, so please, no other time wasters or chancers.

I am looking to sell and am open to all (reasonable!) offers. Thanks

Have you just not received it yet, or are you still waiting for it to be approved?

The print has never been framed and has been kept in the original tube since 2006, apart from a handful of times when it has come out for e.g. these photos. It is currently kept in the tube.

I did so at the time, but have not heard anything back since I sent them the images they asked for. I have also put in a new request for the print recently, as I had not heard anything, but have had no response at all to that request.

That’s a whole lot of info on your eBay listing. Print number, name and address of the original purchaser, date on the tube and you’re admitting it doesn’t have a COA at present. Blimey you’re seriously asking for trouble.
