Banksy Morons Print, by corblimeylimey on May 14, 2007 20:37:34 GMT 1, i really want to be able to buy a print but i doubt i will from what some of you are saying! how does it work? like how do you find out when a print is put on there? dont tell me you gotta be up 24/7 refreshing the page?!
It's goes completely mad, I had a print in my basket but couldn't check it out, then the site goes completely down, then they start selling them at about 2:00am and all the Americans and insomniac f5 crew snap them all up.
Once you've experienced a POW Banksy bunfight you'll be exhausted and you won't forget it.
I got lucky with Grannies when they went on sale the same second an email newsletter went out and I happened to be on the computer.
Applause was worse as everyone was waiting for it and it caused a site meldown so they shut it down and said they'll sort out a lottery of some sort, only to put them back on the site when most had gone away after giving up.

Got an order successful email from thier online payment system within 10 mins but not one from Pow themselves...
Does anyone know if this means the order is not valid as i've always had conformation form them direct in the past?
I'll be absolutely gutted if i miss out on it...

I know several people who are in the same situation and I think that the POW system just didnt register the fact that an item was purchased. This is not to say that you didnt get one but the best thing to do is to contact Dora from POW and ask her.
She will probs ask for your credit card details to check whether you got a piece or not.

Not far off stuey. It was £2999.99. Snapped up pretty quickly as well. Definitely a bargain- I'm sure it will be worth more than this already.
