But I will not be paying 3/4 times the release value..... Lets hope that CH doesn't fall out of favour and drop in popularity eh? I think that galleries want their art flipped, it increases value and creates hype, yes?

Make the art open edition.  That would get rid of a lot of flippers and cut down on a lot of hype.

Your math sucks.  I see 3 prints on eBay, out of an edition of 100, which is 3%, not 50%.

Yea how did you come to that conclusion? There won't ever be an art release where the whole edition is kept. Why does it matter. There's plenty of other art out there which is available.
