I've been emailing the shop trying to explain; I don't know if they are even reading my messages unfortunately. Did your email order confirmation have the correct address etc on?
Nope, that was the problem - apparently there was some site bug that caused shipping addresses to be removed. I bought it on my Space Shop account which has my shipping/billing addresses pre-loaded, and it was there during the checkout process, but once I got to order confirmation it was gone and I wasn't charged for shipping.
I don't really understand the bug, since my credit card was charged (meaning they had my address), so I really just don't know what happened and am kinda sitting here holding a big sack of bad luck.
Happened to a few others on here as well.

It will pay for a lot of people's Xmas  I think invader. Is needs his own pest control type of service? Stop people buying fakes..
