Ugh this makes no sense - the address is tied to my Space Shop account, I have no idea why it wasn't included with the order. Seemed like a site error. If anyone has any advice or can think of any way to help it would be greatly appreciated.
Orbi doesn't seem to be willing to discuss it though - bad form, really.
(full disclosure - I'm totally gutted!)

I managed to put one in my cart 3 times. Each time I lost it. Congratulations to those that got one. Hopefully a lot of these went to genuine fans to frame and enjoy. This, even had it in my cart once more half an hour or so after the drop. It sucks to have missed it, congrats to the ones that scored one to frame but don't go around saying it was an easy score, it wasn't..
Man, I need to go for a walk.

Love the image too; like a more wall-friendly version of Homeworks.

I don't know if there's anything that really can be done unfortunately...
What comes up if you go to buy one of the available books right now? Your addresses will load there if you've previously input them. ie. either "Same as billing address" or another one.
Unfortunately people are going to be disappointed with every kind of release method, and this is one of the traps of random online ones.
Funnily enough, I've actually found La Space Shop to be one of the best!

Why not help out the people who experienced site errors but still managed to purchase the item? It doesn't seem like it was anything on the buyers' part that caused this. My address was there and then it suddenly wasn't on the confirmation for no apparent reason.
I just don't understand why they can't fulfill the orders - they were proper orders.

I had a similar problem. For some reason the website wouldn't let me save the zip code or country information for my billing address, and every time I tried to edit it the zip code was blank and the country had defaulted to Afghanistan. But I shipped to a different address and had no issues saving that information, and apparently my credit card company allowed the payment to go through without zip and country information on my billing address.

I also retract my red space one offer.

Or you actually successfully checkout the item, get an order confirmation, and then get an e-mail later on saying it's cancelled because a site error caused you not to be charged for shipping. Man, I need to go for a walk. I really can't believe this is happening. Love the image too; like a more wall-friendly version of Homeworks. The same happened to me. For some reason I have Afghanistan, the default name, as my country and I can't change it! So frustrating!!!
Move to Kabul, its lovely at this time of year.
