TBH - I love shep's style but if I didn't know better I'd say this was done by someone else. The pattern work is pretty tame and the hands look decidedly dodgy
it's a shame really as I love Sly and Robbie and think the image doesn't do him justice

As for favourite Party Hats it has to be Riot from PH I and Sovereign from PHII
