1. London Original print Fair / 2.Sothebys London, by andrewd on Apr 18, 2007 21:33:43 GMT 1, www.londonprintfair.com Royal Academy of Arts Burlington Gardens W1, 25-29 April £8. The site gives a quick description of various print types and includes prints from all sorts of people from Hirst to Bacon. Described in the Evening Standard as somewhere were you can pick up a Hirst or a Freud for a lot less than £5,000 I think that for those of you in London it may well be worth a visit. Dam! Now you're all gonna buy all the good stuff before I get there!
Also Sothebys New Bond Street has £125m worth of art on show prior to it being sold in New York, including Bacon ( Pope innocent X ) Rothko and Cezanne. On display until Friday this week. www.sothebys.com
