It just seems clear from recent auction results this level of print has significant value. I can see it making around £70k+ Inc fees next time around. I’ve had a few offers already, just not quite there.
Couple coming up for auction in the next few weeks so seems silly to sell for £49k now if they’re going to be worth £70k by the end of the month?

Private sale no fees is the same difference to me and I actually prefer to deal with buyers directly.
Interested If you can share auction links too please.
Cheers

I would have thought selling for 8 k 12 months ago was very low?

Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by Johnny Sarcasm on Sept 19, 2020 8:23:26 GMT 1, Hello
After much deliberation I have decided to hold onto this print.
Thanks to those who made offers, I got quite close to my £50K valuation but not close enough and now I’m happy that I didn’t get offered what I wanted.
The reality of never being able to get a Banksy again once I sell struck a chord. It reminded me of selling up in London 8 years ago and moving to South Coast...could never afford a place there now.

Yes, but I think the condition of this one was not very good, so maybe he is lucky and could receive the same amount, of condition is well.

I’d guess £35-37k but someone more familiar with auction fees can correct me.

Sellers premium is usually around 10%.

It’s £45k for a private sale mint condition.
