So I go to the recent sales and it says £36k inc buyers premium ( 25% and the VAT) so that means the buyer is paying 27k hammer plus fees and the seller will get that or less depending what commission they have agreed. So then I wonder wouldn’t that be the true value? I know by posting this I will be bombarded with reasons why this isn’t correct, but I own two proper BANKSY prints and I’m just trying to understand how people price them up when selling privately away from fees etc.

What I do think when Banksy market starts to move again my prints I listed for sale will look even more of a bargain to whoever choose to invest there cash 💰
