This shouldn't even be a question.

Blek le rat : Last Tango, by nobokov on Oct 18, 2016 22:20:33 GMT 1, Hi I have tracked down last tango in Paris. I have been offered one from the normal edition of 145 for £470. I have also been offered one with a red background with a duck or goose on it or something from an edition of 50 for £745 (both unframed) I like both but I wondered if anyone could advise if either of these represent good value and if it's worth paying extra for the red one. Please PM if you could help thanks a lot The best value can be easily calculated using the Amalfi Equation. Just don't forget to round to the nearest 10th of a decimal point - it threw me off in the past.

Blek le rat : Last Tango, by Young Squire on Oct 19, 2016 14:14:37 GMT 1, Caveat - I have a Blek LT from the original edition which remains a firm favourite.
I think the original B&W version for me is the better image albeit not as limited. Monochrome is where blek works best imho and whilst I like the red version it is inferior. The red version you are referring to with the goose included is bizarre and I wouldn't buy. The addition of the goose ruins the composition (imo).
The price of the B&W LT looks good to me. It has held around the £500 mark for a number of years now although would cost £600-800 if you bought at a gallery.
As the others say though buy what you like.
