I paid £10.5k in August 2014 from an online gallery /seller and they will have gone up a wee bit since then. There have been a few people looking / selling on here since then and i recall that one went for £9.5k or summit like that not long after i purchased and the concensus was that that was a great pick up for the buyer at that time.
Not that many unsigned Banksys go for £4700 nowadays, Barsukauk's purchase must have been made a good few years ago now.....

Yeah 4k is reasonable for an unsigned Victoria.
As a newbie make sure you inspect the work before buying and that the PC cert is in order.
