"Hi, Today I have released a new edition of "Splash".

These are Oversize prints hand painted onto 44x30 inch Somerset 300 gsm Paper and are Blindstamped, signed and numbered by the artist. The paint used for the splash is a more liquid and fluid paint than previously used and the results are a more explosive/realistic splash than ever before.

What cost would the framing be on this?
I like the original but this is a bit too big!

i actually like the variation of the new image over the previous.

as for size, just gotta get creative with framing options.

I have had all 3 of the original colour ways only have the blue one now but for me the new over size versions just don't do it for me at all. It would look pretty cool stencilled all over Syria tho.   Good luck for those that do like it and get it on there wall.

Thanks for the heads up artfan..I've always considered this grafter and just pulled the trigger on the larger format.

I'm going to have the custom frame with real paint splats applied when this arrives.

i was thinking doing something similar.  going to build my own frame and then add some splatter to blend with the image.

Bought this last night. Missed out first time round. Looking forward to seeing how you guys frame, as I don't think mine will be in the framers too soon. I've got about a dozen in just now and bricking it that he gets them done all at once and breaks me!

This was one of the first prints I bought when I found this forum. If my memory serves me right bought it based on a frame job that somebody had done by Mr Frameman. I can not believe this is 8 years old how time flies still got it on the wall. I don't blame any artist for revisiting on old image everybody has bills to pay. Well done to those that grabbed one and good luck with getting this framed at a decent price.

Did anyone have any problems with the delivery on this?

Mine came with a dent in the tube and the ends of the print were damaged as it hadn't been secured in tube and looks like it's been sliding back and forth.
