They must have had a glitch and massively oversold. PPL were posting their cancelled ordered numbers 300-400 lower than mine that got cancelled. Mine didn’t but I scored within the first minute. But I did get a little scared browsing my e-mail in the morning.

Thats great that you managed to get one. They have a very good idea of demand from this glitch also so we might see increased edition numbers again.

It has to be Bots. There's no way that this could all be human beings selling this thing out as fast as it does

Nah, with demand as high stuff can easily sell out in under a minute or whatever the minimum time to confirmation is. Saw that with prints, concert tickets, collectibles, clothes and whatnot. Problem is when it sells out visibly faster (obviously a bot) or when the traffic messes up the website.

certainly OBEY has seen an influx of bot activity with all the sneakerhead/supreme kids "coppin" prints... especially on the last tom petty drop that pretty much froze the site and was sold out within seconds.  however, this drop... while the site was slow (in part i think due to OBEY trying to deter bots) it was certainly up long enough to go through checkout.  with an online following of 1M+ and an edition of +/- 500, that its gonna be gone in a flash no matter what.

i only get suspicious of bot activity when it sells out before you can even get to the cart/checkout screen because no matter how quick a human can click.. it still should be up for a minimum amount of time.

yep, the blue and gold edition of 350. Any remaining from people who don't want it will be offered on general release. Does that mean somewhere around 350 were oversold ? I guess it does, that's quite a lot to oversell before realising something is wrong

Awesome! I think it’s a really nice color pattern and kudos to Obey and Shep for treating fans like that. I know I would be bummed if I got refunded. Kinda torn now as to which variant I like better

They said we should get them around 10am PT.  The OG color matched the others on my wall but for this particular print I am more excited for the new colorway.

I think if you were refunded then they'd definitely try to help you, which is the reason they did this in the first place. Saying 'we truly appreciate your support and do not intend to leave you out especially as the holiday season approaches'. So I'm sure they wouldn't mind you contacting them.

The gold and blue guys have really lucked out here.

Not only is it out of /350 (so lower edition and probably the lowest edition release from Shep for the last 2 years given they have all been /450) it’s also a lot nicer on the eye.

People don’t win red, they win gold. Kudos to those who scored the gold/blue print. It’s so much nicer and also wall friendly. I think this could be the Banksy CYW queue jumper edition equivalent in years to come.
