WTB Signed Banksys (NBG, CYW etc), by Poster Bob on Jan 8, 2016 15:32:12 GMT 1, You won't find one for that price but that's a verified price for the most recent Bonham's result and Ebay auction. Some of the prices I've been quoted recently for that print are laughable, with the most entertaining 35,000 Euros.

WTB Signed Banksys (NBG, CYW etc), by Larry David on Jan 8, 2016 15:50:05 GMT 1, Agree with the above, I don't think you will find a NBG for that money either, last one I clocked was £12.5k asking.

I think at this point it's better to buy at auction. The last CYW I remember sold for £10k with I believe only one bidder. I think his asking prices are completely realistic, the only problem is that people have their heads in the clouds thinking that prices will never stop rising.

Exactly. it's pretty damn ridiculous when a gallery is more reasonable on an asking price than a private seller. And now like you said an auction might be the better method of purchasing. Sellers are living in lalaland with only one thing in common, stale inventory and when it's not stale it's fun to watch them chase the real market. Lol

WTB Signed Banksys (NBG, CYW etc), by njr911 on Jan 9, 2016 18:09:27 GMT 1, I remember back in 2009/10 struggling to sell my Stop and Search for £1,800!
Times have changed indeed.
