Javid does not say exactly which type of Asians, Instead he prefers to slander all Asians from all parts of the globe.

Sides, Tesler & Vavreck (3 highly regarded researchers) have done probably the best scientific analysis of the Trump electoral phenomenon.
They found that the key element that brought Trump to us has been his skilful leveraging of racial and ethnic identities and tensions, and the fears related to race, immigration, and religion.
Btw: they also find that the Russian interference was probably not a major factor (but this does not make it less illegal obviously).
