It has been brought to my attention by somebody who knows I own the Dran "Mayonnaise" work on cardboard from the Fabrique en France series that somebody is trying to sell this work on ebay. Here is the link...

Funny because he has a DFace tart I was thinking of bidding on but it looks a bit off, but I thought that could be the picture.

Then I looked at his invader and it has some strange "hand finishing" on it

So i decided not to bid

The picture he is using is from my instagram. The turd is using my actual photo even.
I contacted ebay and reported it.
I will also contact Paypal as well in a little bit.
Not much more I can do than this other than to warn y'all.

Are you sure you didn't list it when you were pissed and forgot about it?
Check the username is not yours aswell!!

I saw this on eBay and just got the impression something was up, very few details and starting price of 99p with no reserve. The other listings look very suspect as well.

Sorry to hear this idiot is using your images and listing a piece you own fraudulently. Hope you get it sorted. If you find eBay drag their heels or aren't very helpful call trading standards, I had to do this once and they were excellent.

By the way, I just want to say this is exactly why these art forums matter. I would have had no clue about this if another member on here hadn't informed me about this. We all need to communicate with each other about crap like this! Thanks again to the person who told me. I am not sure they care to be mentioned directly, but I really appreciate it.

In their follow up email to me (which was very long) part of it read...

Before we take action, we consider the circumstances of a report and the member's feedback, as well
as any previous warnings or offenses. To be fair to all members, we won't take action unless a complaint
can be proven with certainty.

But trust me if it doesn't come down by the morning I am going to call them again.

I don't want anybody to get scammed over this.

needless to say the seller never got back to me, guessing said scammer has eyeballs on this site- thats a pretty esoteric thing to one day wake up and try to scam on ebay, If you're reading this buddy- kill yourself..
