I posted 6 or 7 times in advance of the release but seems to have largely been ignored!

Don't think many look at the Maya H thread, had it of been in one of the main threads this would of been hyped to help- lucky it wasnt

easily the best hayuk image released in quite some time.  was going to have a friend go snag me one in person on the 4/20 release as i thought there might be a chance they sell all or most there.... but saw that most were going to be put up online.

Uh...I think her Mixed Tape's were the best release from her in a while.  Unique pieces at $850 a pop were quite the deal...

i don't disagree that the mixtapes were really good (especially for the price point).  almost bought one myself.  however, they lacked a bit of what i really like about her works and seemed a bit too sterile or clean.  part of what i like about maya's work is the symmetrical, semi-transparent layered patterns mixed with the "human touch" (drips, splatters, sprays, etc).  but to have an OG for 2x the cost of a print is a no brainer from her.  they are great.

Wow, missed the release (traveling), sent the gallery a note asking if any cancel etc to let me know...boom got an email a few days later with one that came available.

Ty so much to altheia! Cannot wait to see this in person.

Received print and it was shipped in a tube! 50 bucks to ship in a tube inside the United States is ridiculous. Shipping cost was only 28,great way to pad the wallet though!

Just left the framer,print is way nicer in person and will look great on the wall. Just wish it was shipped flat,it appears to have been in the tube for a bit the way it didn’t want to unroll!

To the post above would love some framing advice, I assume I will do a float of sorts. PS- $28 via USPS even two day is pretty generous for a 2lb print max, really shocked these were not shipped flat.Picking mine up today.

Got mine (yes tube). That said they at least packed it well given it was a tube..but $50, ug, oh well. And yes in person pics do not do it justice it pops so much its incredible!
