It's not abnormal. Happens with Harland Miller, Hirst and a ton of other big name artists. (As a print sells out, it becomes more expensive)

They're trying to figure it out and they seem to really care. Still TBD what will happen, but it seems there's a process to sort it out.

For those that ordered thru LSC, i just got in two Revok prints from them, massive thick tube, similar to lazarides and my prints came in perfect, should bode well for those who got this hayuk prints from them.

1) Shok 1 - heart noose 
this is the blue edition of 25 and it comes mint in tube.

Looking for 190 on this.

2) Maya Hayuk - Multiverses 1
handfinished edition of 50 - mint in tube - lovely colors

looking for 990 on this.

Yeah...  Got an email saying 'they charged another 10$ on my credit card because shipping ended up costing 60$ instead of 50$'.  To ship an LP.  To Canada.  From the States.  It isn't as bad as 50$ on top of 50$ but still, it makes for very expensive shipping and I'm not impressed to say the least.  They should have covered their mistake if you ask me.  You just don't go ahead and charge a customer's credit card without asking for their consent first, it's just bad form.

I ended up saying that I didn't want to pay anymore and Kelie said she'd use USPS (which she said she normally uses) rather than FedEx. So no extra charge.

Which terms and conditions?  This transaction was done via email and over the phone.  It was all verbal and at no point was I told that if shipping turned out to be more expensive than anticipated I would be charged the difference.  I don't want to start a storm in a glass of water here.  If I had been told shipping was 60$ from the get go I probably would have gone for it anyway.  But as it stands everything was paid for and you don't charge an extra amount to someone's credit card after the fact without discussing the matter first.  Anyway, not in my book.

Fed Ex would be expensive.  USPS with no tracking is $15.00.  I mail records to Canada regularly through USPS.
