These are not hand-finished Jon. Just a 3 colour screen print.

POW says 3 colour screen-print - there are more than 3 colours
I make it 3 shades of black/grey + bullets + hearts

so I think the hand-finishing comments are correct and POW have missed it from the description
maybe in 2006 no-one thought to mention hand-finishing
