I got a delivery card a week later stating package left at address next door! I didn't authorise this!! Called round, guess what no sign of print!!! Emailed Nick Walker 3 times since...not even a reply....what should I do? Called city link and they confirmed delivery had been made but was not a signed for. So now I have no print, no money and Noone is helping! Any advice guys? Paypal dispute? Police? I'm severely f##led off. Any advice gratefully received.

Paypal will 98.9% find in your favor with tracking number, no signature and paper trail/(print out the tracking details they sometimes get deleted by the company) that they left it at an unauthorized address. Nick can then harass the shipping company if he sent it insured.
Unfortunately, sounds like shipping company screwed up. Nick may give you an ap, but who knows.

The few times I have had shipping problems here in the States, the party responsible for sending/insuring (paid for) the package is the one that will be refunded.

It has also unfortunately been my experience that non-responders tend to respond when it hits their pocket. One of Nick's people will more than likely contact you when the claim gets made. Worst case they ignore paypal and you automatically get your cash back in about 7 days; best case they send you an ap and file claim with shippers.
So fingers crossed, you may still get a print.
But I reiterate that you print out the shipping details page and then submit to paypal as jpeg documentation. I have heard a couple horror stories where shipping info is gone from tracking page, making it harder to prove they delivered it to the wrong address

But you also have card so take photo of the card and submit as jpeg documentation when you file the claim.

Said print was sent recorded delivery but someone else apparently signed for it and the card said it was left with a neighbour/random passer-by/bag lady/gawd know who. Royal Fail had a photo of this random signature and that was that as far as they were concerned. Luckily the artist was sound and sent me another print. Hope this works out for you.

That person was charged with mail fraud. after they saw the courier talking with the recipient on the next house overs surveilance. they got 5 years on supervision for it. Mail fraud is serious in the states
